Delivery Information

Nature’s Source offers a custom delivery schedule to meet your household or office needs. Deliveries can be scheduled weekly, bi-monthly, or once a month. You will receive a Nature’s Source calendar indicating your delivery schedule days. We can also provide you with phone or email notification two days prior to your delivery.

Our goal is to ensure that you have a constant supply of water by offering a wide range of delivery schedules and a confirmation prior to your delivery.  If your delivery falls on a holiday, your delivery will be on the next scheduled day.

 If you have a cooler contract the monthly minimum order is 2 bottles.

Billing Information 

Our customers receive individual invoices with each water delivery which can be paid at that time. The delivery driver will provide you with a receipt or if you prefer our terms are 30 days, and we issue a statement at the end of every month. Statements are easy to read and will only be sent if a payment is required, payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card. We can also make arrangements to automatically charge your payment to your credit card.

Bottle Deposits 

There is a $7.00 refundable deposit for each 3 or 5 gallon bottle. On the initial setup we require a deposit for each bottle delivered. A deposit of $21.00 is required for the Introductory Offer.

As we pick up empties and deliver full bottles, the bottle deposit will carry over to the equivalent number of new bottles. If we pick up more bottles than we drop off, you will have a credit on your account.

All bottle deposits are refundable if and when you decide to cancel, provided the terms and conditions of your agreement are met.

Cleaning Instructions 

We suggest cleaning your cooler every six months or more often depending on usage.

  1. When your water bottle is empty, unplug the cooler. Then remove the empty bottle and the Watersafe top.
  2. Drain all the water remaining in the reservoir through the cold water spigot. (Don’t throw it away, though. Place it in a pitcher in your fridge or use it when cooking) IMPORTANT: DO NOT DRAIN THE HOT WATER.
  3. Now fill the reservoir with one gallon of clean tap water. In a separate cup of tap water, add ½ teaspoon of regular household bleach. Add this mixture to the reservoir. Always remember: ½ teaspoon of bleach to one gallon of water.
  4. Using a clean, soft brush, scrub the sides and bottom of the cooler reservoir. Then allow the bleach/water mixture to stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Drain the solution through the COLD water spigot. (NEVER drain the HOT water tank.)
  6. Fill the reservoir with clean tap water several times, and drain each fill-up through the cold water spigot.
  7. Replace the Watersafe top.
  8. Place a fresh bottle of Nature’s Source Premium Spring Water on your dispenser.
  9. Plug in the unit.
  10. Enjoy a cool, clean drink of the best-tasting spring water anywhere!

Rent to Own Option 

If you choose to purchase your cooler at any time during your lease, we will apply a portion of your rental costs toward your purchase price.

Equipment Lease Contract 

Nature’s Source Incorporated, it’s heirs and successors (hereinafter called “Lessor”), and Customer (hereinafter called “Lessee”) hereby agree as follows:

The Lessor agrees to install and maintain in proper working order at all times, at no cost to the Lessee, the above described equipment at the premises of the Lessee at Customer’s Property and to rent said equipment to the Lessee for the monthly sum of ________ plus applicable taxes, payable monthly in advance, for a period of not less than _____ months from the above date.

It is further agreed that title and ownership of all equipment shall at all times remain in the Lessor. The Lessee agrees to reimburse the Lessor for any loss or damage to said equipment for any reason other than ordinary wear and tear. In the event of failure of the Lessee to pay any bills as they become due for said equipment or merchandise furnished by the Lessor, then the Lessor shall have the right to immediately enter upon the premises of the Lessee and remove the equipment without incurring liability by reason of said removal.

The Lessee agrees that the equipment shall be used only for such products as are furnished by the Lessor herein, with a minimum purchase of 2 bottles per month, and a failure to comply with these conditions shall entitle the Lessor to an immediate removal of said equipment.

Installation and Maintenance 

All coolers are installed free of charge. Installations take place Monday through Friday between 7:30am and 3:30pm. We try to be as flexible as possible, please contact the office to schedule a convenient installation time and day.

Leased coolers are covered by the Nature’s Source maintenance program. Please contact our office if you have any problem with our cooler. Any problem that can not be fixed on the spot will be removed and replaced with a new cooler. Any damage to the equipment other than normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the customer.
